Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba has collaborated with Bitcoin (BTC) rewards shopping app Lolli. Making it possible for its shoppers to earn 5 % back in Bitcoin. Lolli said customers of Alibaba now can get Satoshis (sats). The smallest unit of Bitcoin currency worth 0.00000001 BTC and user-made online shopping for “thousands of items”.

The collaboration was revealed on Singles Day, a shopping holiday celebrated on November 11 in China. It considered being the largest one-day shopping event in the world. In 2018 on Singles Day, Alibaba shoppers invested more than $31 billion, according to Lolli.
Alex Adelman the CEO and co-founder at Lolli said the new move is a landmark collaboration for Lolli as Alibaba is the world’s largest retailer and e-commerce agency. He said their collaboration enables consumers to earn free bitcoin every day on millions of digital items. Perhaps the important part of this relationship is, it supports the mission of linking the whole world through trade.

The report stated that the new program will only be available in the United States for purchases. The head of communications for Lolli, publicly said that Chinese citizens would not be able to participate until the items would be delivered to U.S. consumers from China.
